At Resilient Wings of Faith, we take pride in offering products created with care and intention. Because many of our items are custom-made or fulfilled by third parties, we keep our refund and return options limited. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
General Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted.
Apparel (fulfilled by Printful)

All apparel is made-to-order through our production partner, Printful.

Printful does not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size, dislike of style, etc.).

If your apparel order arrives with a manufacturing defect or printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with Printful to issue a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Other Products (fulfilled by us)

For items shipped directly by Resilient Wings of Faith (such as gifts, stationery, or handmade products), returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the issue.

If approved, we will either issue a replacement or refund your order (including shipping costs) depending on the situation.
