At Resilient Wings of Faith, we do our best to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping for different types of products.

Order Processing

• Shirts & Apparel (fulfilled by Printful):
  Apparel orders are fulfilled and shipped through our trusted third-party partner, Printful. Their average production and shipping times are:

  • Processing/production: 2–7 business days

  • Standard shipping within the U.S.: 3–8 business days after processing

  • International shipping: Varies by destination (generally 1–3 weeks)

  Please note that holidays and high-volume seasons may extend these timeframes.

• Other Products (fulfilled by us):
  Items such as gifts, stationery, or handmade products are shipped directly by Resilient Wings of Faith.

  • Processing: [1–3 business days]

  • Domestic shipping: 3 - 10  business days, depending on carrier

  • International shipping: Currently not offered.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• For Printful-fulfilled items, shipping costs are determined by Printful’s rates.

• For items shipped directly by us, we use [USPS / UPS / FedEx] with standard rates.

Combined Orders

If you order both apparel and non-apparel items, you may receive multiple packages since some items come directly from us and others are shipped by Printful.

Delays & Service Interruptions

While we work hard to ship on time, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume seasons. We’ll notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at Resilientwingsoffaith@gmail.com within 30 days. We’ll work with you and the carrier (or Printful, when applicable) to resolve the issue.
